Foster care
Was thinking today about foster care, and what we've gone through. So many people ask me wether or not it's a good idea or not. I have to tell them that it is a very difficult thing to do. Probably the most dificult thing we've gone through. We will do foster care again in the future. Right now, however we need that permanacey. I think that the hardest part was knowing you didn't get to keep them, and love them, and protect them forever.

For us, we want a family so badly, that it's too hard to say goodbye over and over again. I feel like once we have the one that can't go anywhere it will be easier to let go to the ones that do.

I loved fostering. I met so many wonderful kids who desperately needed help. I would never trade the experiences I've had for anything. I honestly can't wait to do it again.

As far as advice, I feel like if you've had your family, have one, or are done having one... it's perfect for you. You can help these wonderful kids who need it. If you are trying desperately to have kids, and would do anything to keep them, fostering is not for you until you are in a place in life where you are ok with the terms.

Just some thoughts, feel free to give your feedback!!
